What if I Make A Mistake Or Change My Mind?
If you are not happy because you changed your mind or made a mistake on the plate, we can't refund your money or make you a new plate for free. If you want to get a new plate made, please contact us support@customeuroplates.com and will address the situation on a case by case basis. In most cases we can offer you a discount on a second plate. If you ordered a stock plate (not customized), will will accept returns or exchanges up to 30 days after your purchase date. The plate must be returned in 'as new' condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. If you just placed your order and want to make a change, please let us know as soon as possible. We make plates super fast and at all times both day and night so please let us know ASAP if you need to change something. We will make every effort to accommodate requests but if your plate has already been manufactured, we won't be able to change it. Be sure to double check everything looks correct before submitting your order.
