Returns and Exchanges
If you order a custom plate and there is a problem with the quality of the plate or an error due to a mistake on our part, we will happily replace the plate at no cost to you. If you are not happy because you changed your mind or made a mistake on the plate, we can't refund your money or make you a new plate for free. If you want to get a new plate made, please contact us support@customeuroplates.com and will address the situation on a case by case basis. In most cases we can offer you a discount on a second plate. If you ordered a stock plate (not customized), will will accept returns or exchanges up to 30 days after your purchase date. The plate must be returned in 'as new' condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
